QPaperLabs is owned and operated by Senselearner Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900UP2019PTC119946), C-1/103, Vasant Vihar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248006 ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data through qpaperlabs.com and app.qpaperlabs.com. Payments for QPaperLabs are collected by Senselearner Technologies Private Limited.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, school or institution name and role.
• Content you upload: school logos, watermarks, syllabus and study material, and the question papers you generate.
• Payment information: transaction ID, amount, plan, billing name and GSTIN (if provided). Your card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment gateway (PhonePe Payment Gateway) and are not stored by us.
• Usage information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and provide the service.
• To process payments, issue invoices and handle refunds.
• To send service, billing and support communication.
• To improve the Platform, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• PhonePe Payment Gateway, for processing payments and refunds;
• cloud hosting, email and AI service providers that help us run the Platform, under confidentiality obligations;
• Google Analytics and Google AdSense, for usage analytics and advertising (cookie and usage data only);
• government or law-enforcement authorities, when required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential, performance, analytics and advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work properly without essential cookies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after it is closed. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required under tax laws.

7. Data Security

We use SSL encryption, role-based access controls and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@qpaperlabs.com, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

9. Children

The Platform is intended for educators and institutions. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18 years of age.
