1. General Overview
QPaperLabs is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product developed and operated by SenselearnerTechnologies Private Limited. We strive to provide the best AI-powered tools for educators and institutions.
2. Digital Product Nature
As our platform is purely digital and grants immediate access to premium features, generated papers, and AI tools upon subscription activation, our services are considered "consumed" at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop any future recurring billing for the subsequent billing cycles. You will continue to have access to the platform features until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for:
- Any unused time during a subscription period.
- Any unused credits or question paper generations.
- Accidental purchases or forgotten cancellations of recurring subscriptions.
- Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated outputs (as AI outputs require educator oversight).
5. Exceptions
In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a technical error on our payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay/Cashfree/Stripe), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate transaction if verified.
