QPaperLabs is a product owned and operated by Senselearner Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U72900UP2019PTC119946, GSTIN: 05ABCCS4659P1ZQ). All payments for QPaperLabs subscriptions are collected and processed by Senselearner Technologies Private Limited. The name "Senselearner Technologies" will appear on your bank statement, UPI app, invoice and payment receipt.

1. About Us

QPaperLabs ("Platform") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product owned and operated by Senselearner Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U72900UP2019PTC119946), having its office at C-1/103, Vasant Vihar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248006 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of qpaperlabs.com and app.qpaperlabs.com. By accessing or using the Platform, or by making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

2. Merchant of Record

All subscription payments made for QPaperLabs are received by Senselearner Technologies Private Limited, which is the merchant of record. Invoices are issued in the name of Senselearner Technologies Private Limited, and the transaction will appear as "Senselearner Technologies" (or similar) on your bank, card or UPI statement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make payments. Schools and institutions may provide access to their staff under their own supervision and responsibility.

4. Service Description

QPaperLabs provides AI-powered tools that help educators generate question papers, quizzes, mock tests and marking schemes aligned to CBSE, ICSE and State Board curricula, in Hindi and English.

5. Educator Oversight

Content generated by the Platform is a draft aid. Educators and school administrators must review and verify all generated content before using it in any examination. The Company is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content that is used without review.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately at info@qpaperlabs.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the logos, watermarks and materials you upload. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you may use, print and distribute the question papers generated through your account for your educational purposes. The Platform's software, design, content and the QPaperLabs brand remain the property of the Company.

8. Pricing, Payments and Taxes

• Plans and prices are listed at https://qpaperlabs.com/pricing in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are exclusive of applicable GST (18%).
• Payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway on behalf of Senselearner Technologies Private Limited. We do not store your card, UPI or bank account details.
• Monthly plans are valid for one month and yearly plans for one year from the date of activation. You will be informed by email before any renewal charge.
• Prices may be changed with at least 15 days' prior notice. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy available at https://qpaperlabs.com/refund.

10. Delivery of Service

QPaperLabs is a digital service and no physical goods are shipped. Your plan is activated on your registered account instantly, or within 30 minutes of successful payment. If your plan is not activated within 24 hours of payment, write to info@qpaperlabs.com with your transaction ID and we will activate it or refund the payment in full. 11. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, copy or resell access without permission, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Platform in the 3 months preceding the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
